APOLLO
About
Enables users to swap assets and create their own custom token pairs. Designed the full product
— from branding to web app UI. Built UX flows for swaps and token pairs, created a scalable design system,
and simplified DeFi mechanics into clear user journeys

Case 01
Streamlining
the swap flow
Discover
The early swap flow had too many steps, slowing users and causing drop-offs mid-process
Define
The problem was a complex and lengthy swap flow. The goal was to reduce steps while keeping transparency and control
Develop
I mapped the current flow, removed redundant actions, redesigned confirmations, and added inline validations to prevent failed swaps
Deliver
The swap became faster and more intuitive, with fewer interruptions and smoother completion
Support on failed swaps dropped
~20%
Completion rate growed up to
15%

Case 02
Custom token
pair creation
Discover
Users wanted to create custom token pairs, but confusing mechanics and poor visualization reduced trust in the setup
Define
The problem was poor transparency in pair creation. The goal was to make the process visual, predictable, and safe
Develop
I built a modular interface for tokens and ratios, added a live preview of pair behavior, and integrated error handling for risky combinations
Deliver
The new flow gave users clarity and confidence, increasing adoption and reducing confusion
Adoption of custom pairs improved
Support questions about pair logic decreased

Case 03
Building a scalable
UI system
Discover
Apollo, as a Cytonic sub-product, needed its own identity. Without a design system, scaling risked inconsistency and brand dilution
Define
The problem was no consistent brand identity. The goal was to build a scalable design and visual system
Develop
I created branding (logo, palette, typography), reusable UI components,
and unified styles across product
and marketing
Deliver
Apollo gained a recognizable identity, faster rollouts, and stronger recognition within the Cytonic ecosystem
Time to design new features decreased
Feature rollout speed up
