I led the full design process — from user flows to the complete interface of the AI-powered builder. My focus was on making complex Web3 features simple and usable, enabling users to generate and edit apps with ease

Simplifying entry into
AI app generation

Users felt overwhelmed by too many options and cognitive overload appeared before they reached the editor

There was no clear entry path, causing confusion. The goal was to create a simple linear flow from idea to project
Develop
I designed a step-by-step flow with template selection, basic setup, and project creation via AI chat
Deliver
Entry became much simpler, the chat editor turned into the core interaction model, and the product felt both powerful and approachable

with pull requests

AI edits happened behind the scenes, leaving users unable to see what changed, which created distrust

Lack of visibility reduced confidence. The goal was to provide clarity and traceability for each modification

I added pull request links to every AI edit, enabling users to review code changes, track history, and stay in control

The gap between automation and transparency was closed, and the editor became trustworthy for both designers
and developers
