Case 01
Designing request & donation flows from scratch
Discover
The platform started with only an idea — users should be able to create fundraising requests and others contribute to them
Define
There was no starting point and no UX structure. The goal was to design clear, frictionless flows for creating and donating to campaigns
Develop
I designed request and donation journeys from scratch, adding step indicators, inline validations, and transparent confirmations while balancing simplicity with trust-building cues
Deliver
The flows felt intuitive from first use, became the foundation for the entire product, and reduced the time to complete donations

Case 02
Building trust
through UI &
micro-interactions
Discover
Fundraising platforms rely heavily on user confidence, especially when money
is involved. Without clear trust cues, adoption risked being low
Define
First-time users had no reason to trust the system. The goal was to make the product feel transparent and credible
Develop
I built a clean, friendly visual identity, designed confirmation states and micro-interactions for every key action, and created a clear visual hierarchy for campaign and payment data
Deliver
Users reported higher confidence when donating, which increased retention and repeat donations
