to unclear statuses, messy navigation,
and no logic notes, slowing delivery

I introduced status badges, headers for sections, notes for business rules, and flowchart components to explain logic

The Helper System became a standard practice, making files easy to navigate
and reducing clarification requests
Clarification requests dropped
Devs and PMs navigated files independently

“Create Portfolio” page

Complex operations confused both experts and newcomers. The goal was to make asset creation intuitive and flexible

Multipools introduced mechanics with
no analogs, and users struggled with token weighting and fees

I designed a modular page with ERC-20 token weights and fees, added real-time validation, and built presets for different strategies
Deliver
The page became the main entry point to Multipools, praised for clarity and flexibility, and its logic was reused in other flows
Entry completion rate improved
